Inga Wind is one of the great designers that are competing at Claim The Fame . She is known for her fantasy orientated designs, but she also does very classy casual and formal wear. I am very excited to start blogging with Inga Wind’s designs !!! She is such a great person and designer and also one of the people who encouraged me to start blogging .
Claim The Fame competitors had to create formal designs for male and female on week one , and dark/goth designs on week two . Next week’s theme is very exciting since they will have to go back to the charleston era .
For week one’s challenge Inga created Penelope dress.

This formal dress, and her matching male formal suit Bartelby, received a good feedback from the jury. They particularly appreciated the details of the texture and the shadings as well as the work on the prims.
The challenge for the second week actually was a huge one for Inga since she is not really into the dark/goth universe. Nevertheless she managed to add a bit of light to her Dark Angels.

Once again her work on the textures and prims received a good feeback from the jury who qualified her Dark Angels as a “romantic goth couple”. Talking about this outfit Inga says that she added the light because she did not want her designs to be completely dark since it is something she does not really feel comfortable with.
Here is what Inga says about Claim The Fame:
“Claim The Fame succeeded where noone else did so far, they make me make male clothing which I cannot really do. At the begining I was surprised by the high level of the competition but now I am getting used to it so I am going to be spoiled for the rest of my SL. I so feared judges on the first show that I wanted to run and hide, but they were all actually kind and nice. I think this is a wonderful experience we are allowed to have with all involved people”
She adds :
” I thank ame for bravely standing by me during the selections, I thank rissa and daniele for the great work with my outfits while modeling them, I thank judges for being nice and I thank all my friends for supporting me all the time and of course I wish good luck to all my co-contestants ”
